Ingredients:
- 300 g ground beef
- 5 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper and
- flavoring as needed
- 5 slices of white bread
- 200 milliliters of liquid milk
- Bread crumb
- Cooking oil
Steps to Process German Meat Frikadellen Recipe:
- Soak white bread with milk, set aside.
- Fry the onion and garlic, after they have cooled, mix the beef, eggs, bread, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- Then it is made into a flat round, then spread in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a little oil and low heat.
