In his studio, everyone is working setting the table and preparing the meal, starting with a potato casserole, a casserole with green beans, root gratin, followed by an interesting Brussels sprout, topped with roasted carrots and savory kale.


Ingredients:

  • 12 Carrots
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 and 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill or parsley



Steps to Process Roasted Carrot Diet Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. If the carrots are large, cut them in half lengthwise; if not, leave them intact. Slice the carrots diagonally into 4cm pieces (carrots will thin out as they bake, so make large chunks). Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the baking sheet, flatten in 1 layer and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the carrots are lightly browned and tender.
  3. Mix roasted carrots with chopped dill or parsley, salt as needed, and serve.
