Ingredients
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 500 gr minced meat
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 100 gr tomato sauce
- 2 packs of tortilla chips
- 500 gr mozzarella cheese
- 400 gr cheddar cheese
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 stalks of coriander leaves
How to make Nachos
- Finely chop the garlic, onions using a pestle
- Sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil and over medium heat
- If it's fragrant, add the minced meat, then stir until smooth
- Add salt, paprika powder, cumin powder, tomato sauce, and stir until smooth. Set aside
- Prepare a container, pour enough tortilla chips
- Pour the meat stir that has been made
- Sprinkle on the cheddar and mozzarella on the top layer
- Put it in the oven and let it sit for 30 minutes
- While waiting, cut the tomatoes into cubes, then thinly slice the coriander stalks
- Take out the nachos when they are cooked, sprinkle with tomatoes and cilantro
