Spaghetti Alfredo Recipe

Spaghetti Alfredo |
Ingredients:
- 170 grams spaghetti pasta
- 1 liter of water to boil
- 3 pieces of smoked beef
- 2 pieces of geprek baput
- 1/2 bw Bombay
- 50 grams of cheddar or parmesan cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream for cooking or UHT milk/fresh milk
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 stalk of fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- Salt
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling.
- 70 grams of butter
how to make:
- Prepare materials. Chop onions to taste. And cut smoke beef
- Boil the water to boil the pasta, add a little oil so the pasta doesn't stick. After boiling, cook until it's soft, don't let it get too soft. Remove from the water.
- Sauté the rosemary and oregano until the aroma comes out. Then add the Bombay and smoked beef. Sauté for a while then pour in the heavy cream, stir and add the grated parmesan/cheddar cheese with a little ground pepper. Add salt and check the taste. Add spaghetti and stir.
- Prepare a serving plate and pour the spaghetti into it. Platting and serving with a sprinkle of oregano or dry parsley.
