Ingredients:

  • 1800 shrimp broth
  • 6 lemongrass stalks, bruised
  • 6 cm ginger, bruised
  • 6 lime leaves
  • 8 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2/ 2 tsp fine salt
  • 6 pieces of red cayenne pepper, puree
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed


Material contents:

  • 300 grams of large shrimp, remove the head, and clean
  • 100 grams of mushroom
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, take the white one then cut into pieces
  • 10 coriander leaves, finely sliced
  • 4 lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 10 tbsp lime juice
  • 16 pieces of cayenne pepper, please allow whole



Method of making:

  1.  Bring the broth to a boil. Add lemongrass, ginger, galangal, garlic, and other broth seasonings. Boil until boiling. Remove and strain.
  2.  Reheat the broth, add the shrimp, mushrooms, chilies, and lemongrass.
  3.  Bring to a boil again. Just before being raised, pour the lime juice and coriander leaves, when it feels good enough lift and serve.
