Pancakes Recipe with Apples and Bananas

Ingredients

For pancakes:

• 1 liter Milk
• 300 g Flour
• 4 teaspoons Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 Eggs
• Vegetable oil 55 ml + for frying

To fill:

• 2 Bananas
• 1 apple
• 1/2 lemon
• 40 g Butter
• 25 ml Cognac
• 25 grams Sugar

To assemble the cake:

• 1 sachet Jelly
• 150 g sour cream
• 20 grams Walnuts

How to Make Pancakes Recipe with Apples and Bananas:

1. Beat eggs with sugar (4 teaspoons) and salt (0.5 teaspoons). Add 100 ml of milk.
2. We introduce all the flour after it has been sifted, and mixed.
3. Pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil. Mix until a homogeneous consistency.
4. To avoid lumps, be sure to pass the dough through a metal sieve.
5. Pour some of the dough into a preheated pan, greased with vegetable oil. Quickly rotate the pan in a circle so that the batter is evenly distributed on the bottom. Fry until a crust forms on one side, then flip and store the pancakes in the pan until a golden hue forms. Repeat the same thing until all the dough is used up.
6. We prepare the ingredients that will be needed for the filling. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
7. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into slices. Saute apples in butter. We pierce the lemon on a fork and grease the pan, seasoning the fruit.
8. Add bananas. Turn on the maximum heat and add sugar (25 gr).
9. Dilute gelatin in hot water according to package directions.
10. We spread the filling on the pancakes and wrap them in a roll.
11. We spread the pancake rolls in a silicone mold in a circle and fill it with gelatin. Send to freeze for 30 minutes.
12. Remove the cake from the mold and brush with sour cream.
13. Sprinkle with nuts - and pancakes with apples and bananas are ready. Enjoy your meal!
