Tender and juicy steak topped with chimichurri sauce, consisting of olive oil, shallots, garlic, red wine vinegar, with a touch of spice and spice. Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of skirt steak
  • sea salt to taste
  • enough black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped



How to make Churrasco BBQ

  1. Heat the grill over medium-high heat.​
  2. sprinkle some salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
  3. Cut the steak into 2-inch wide strips.
  4. Roll the skirt steak pieces into a roll and place about 3 to 4 on a large metal skewer.
  5. Place on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  6. When the meat is cooked (internal temperature between 155 to 165 F), remove it from heat.
  7. While the meat is resting, place the salt, pepper, olive oil, onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, parsley, and oregano in a small bowl.
  8. Make the sauce, pour over the skirt steak, and serve with the side of your choice.
