- 1 Kg of crab meat, shredded and cleaned
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 onions grated
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons palm oil
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped onions to taste
- 4 medium tomatoes, skinless and seedless, chopped
- grated parmesan for gratin
How to make Casquinha De Siri
- In a large and deep skillet, heat the oil.
- Then fry the onion and garlic.
- Add crab meat, tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
- After this time, add the coconut milk and season with salt, pepper, and scallion to taste.
- Stir well for 5 minutes and fill the cones.
- Sprinkle with parmesan to taste and bake until golden brown.
