Ingredients:

  • 1 Developer Powder
  • 5 Pcs Egg Yolk
  • 5 Eiklar
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Pk Vanilla Sugar
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 250 g Skinnopfen
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Quimiq
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 Pk Vanilla Sugar
  • 0.5 Pcs Lemon
  • 100 g Sugar



How to Cook Cream Cheese Recipe With German Strawberries:

  1. Beat the egg yolks until foamy and gradually add two-thirds of the sugar by adding the vanilla sugar. Beat until a creamy mass is formed.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture with the remaining sugar. Add flour carefully.
  3. Put the dough in a round cake tin and bake at about 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes then let it cool.
  4. For the filling, stir the qimiq until smooth then add the curd cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice, mix well. Now fold in the whipped cream.
  5. When the cake has cooled, cut it horizontally across. Place a cake ring around the bottom of the cake and apply the cream on this part.
  6. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces, then spread on the cream and put the second piece of cake on top.
  7. The cake should be kept in the refrigerator for several hours. Finally, sprinkle with icing sugar.
