Italian Wet Peppers Recipe |
Ingredients:
- 8 red, yellow and green bell peppers
- 80 gr grated pecorino
- 2 tablespoons capers in oil
- 3 tablespoons of bread flour

How to Make Italian Wet Peppers Recipe:
- Making cayenne pepper is easy. Divide the peppers in half remove the seeds and filaments and cut them into layers. In a skillet, heat three tablespoons of oil, add paprika, and cook for 20/25 minutes: the time it takes for it to soften slightly.
- Sprinkle with stale bread crumbs and then with pecorino, drained capers, and a pinch of oregano.
- Turn occasionally and cook another 15 minutes. If necessary, spray with a little hot water. Once cooked, season with salt and sprinkle with oregano to taste: the soaked peppers are ready to serve.
