The practical way to make it and the delicious taste is one of the reasons.There are actually many variations of how to make egg omelette, each region or country has its own version. In terms of the ingredients, the mixture is also quite diverse, you can add vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, sausages, meat, etc.


Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp onions
  • 4 tbsp paprika, diced
  • 4 tbsp tomatoes, cut into squares
  • 4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 sausages, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cut into squares
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 tbsp liquid milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp margarine


How to Make Egg Omelette:

  1. Beat eggs with grated cheese, liquid milk, salt and pepper powder until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of margarine, then sauté the onions, peppers, mushrooms and sausages. Saute until the onions are fragrant and the mushrooms are cooked. Mix all the ingredients that are sauteed throughout the pan, then reduce the heat.
  3. Pour the beaten egg into the stir fry, cook until half cooked.
  4. Add the tomatoes and squared cheese, then fold the omelette into a semicircle. Cover the pan briefly and cook until the cheese melts.
  5. Remove and serve the special egg omelette while warm.
