  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

Bolognese sauce ingredients:

  • 1 clove of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sachet bolognese sauce
  • 3 finely blended tomatoes
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian herb, if you don't have it, it's okay to change oregano

  • as needed Mushroom broth
  • Salt as needed
  • as needed sugar
  • 250 ml water (can be reduced if very dilute)


Cooking method:
