    Ingredients

    • Potato
    • Red onion
    • enough vinegar
    • Sugar to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Vegetable oil to taste
    • parsley leaves
    • Enough broth


    How to make Healthy Kartoffelsalat 

    1. Boil potatoes in hot water for about 40 minutes on low heat.
    2. Finely chop the red onion.
    3. Prepare separately in a bowl 250 ml of boiled water, salt, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, sugar, and vinegar. Then stir evenly.
    4. Once the potatoes are cooked, peel them and cut them as desired.
    5. Mix the potatoes with the water that has been given the broth and the mixture of vinegar, shallot, and spices, and mix evenly in a bowl. Add chopped parsley and pepper to your liking.
