Ingredients
Bienenstich Cake Ingredients:
- 700 grams of medium protein flour
- 400 grams of liquid milk
- 100 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 packs of instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sprinkle Ingredients:
- 200 grams unsalted butter
- 200-gram almond slice
- 100 grams of sugar
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
Material contents :
- 200 grams of instant vla
- 500 ml ice water
How to Make Bienenstich Cake:
- Bread, heat liquid milk, and margarine. Stir until dissolved. Let it warm.
- Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir well. Add eggs, milk mixture, and vanilla essence little by a little while kneading until elastic. Leave it for 30 minutes until it expands.
- Roll out dough 1 cm thick. Place on a 28x28x3 cm baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper. Leave it for 40 minutes until it expands.
- Sprinkling: heat unsalted butter. Add sugar and honey. Stir until dissolved. Pour in heavy cream. Stir well. Add almond slices. Stir well. Lift.
- Top it with the sprinkles. Oven 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
