How to Make a Turkish Kumpir

  1. Potatoes are washed (not peeled), dried, burned in the oven (or can also be burned in a kiln using firewood or charcoal)
  2. Once cooked, the potatoes are cut into pieces (but not to the point of splitting), the potatoes are crushed just like making cakes, but still in the potato skins.
  3. Stir in butter and grated cheese.
  4. Garnish with available complementary ingredients and sprinkle with sauce and mayonnaise and then serve warm.
