Brazilian Food | The name if interpreted will have the meaning of a small kiss of coconut, which is very suitable to eat because its size is very small and fits our mouths perfectly. This dish is made with condensed milk and butter mixed together before being rolled into small balls and covered in coconut flakes. The top is often decorated with cloves. Lighter and tastier, these little treats are very popular at Brazilian birthday parties. 


Ingredients

  • 2 MOÇA Milk (canned or boxed) 395 g
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 tablespoons grated desiccated coconut
  • Grated desiccated coconut for serving
  • 40 cloves to decorate


How to make Beijinho De Coco

  1. In a saucepan, place the MOÇA MILK and butter.
  2. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes out of the bottom of the pan.
  3. Remove from heat, mix in coconut, place on a greased plate, and let cool.
  4. Roll the candied, pass it through the grated coconut and garnish with the cloves.
  5. Place in a paper cup. and serve
