- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Italian Arraganate Scallop Recipe:
- To prepare the scallop arraganate, first clean the clams thoroughly, then open, remove the shells without the mollusk and place the rest in the pan. Mash the breadcrumbs in a bowl, finely chop the parsley.
- Add parsley to the breadcrumbs, add chopped garlic cloves, oregano, tomato puree, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Spread the mixture on the clams in the skillet, then sprinkle with oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle with wine in the middle of the cooking process. When the breading is lightly browned, remove the scallops from the oven and serve immediately.
