How to Make Potato Casserole Recipe with Minced Meat:
Pour the potatoes with water, salt to taste, and boil until tender.
Heat the pan, pour 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add finely chopped onion, and fry for 3 minutes.
Add chopped and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add black and red pepper, coriander, and salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add finely chopped parsley and cilantro. Turn off the fire.
Drain the water from the potatoes and make a puree: mash the hot potatoes, add 50 ml of warm milk, 80 g of butter, and 1 egg. Mix everything well until smooth.
Grease the casserole dish with butter. Pour half the mashed potatoes into the pan. Then arrange all the fillings.
Sprinkle with the second half of the mashed potatoes. Grease the top layer of potatoes with butter.
Preheat oven to 180°C and cook potato casserole until golden brown, 30 minutes.
