German Tomato Sauce Clam Noodle Diet Recipe |
Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Tomato
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 Shallots
- 350 Grams of big clam noodles (preferably whole grain)
- Salt
- 3 sticks of Marjoram
- 3 Anchovy Fillets
How To Make German Tomato Sauce Clam Noodle Diet Recipe:
- Clean the tomatoes, cut the stems into chunks.
- Slice the tomatoes, place the cut sides on a baking sheet, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Bake under the preheated grill on the second rack above for 12-15 minutes until the skin is darkened. Peel the tomato skin.
- Peel and slice the garlic and onion. Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Fry the garlic and onion in it on medium heat.
- Add the peeled tomatoes to the prepared juice and continue to cook covered for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Clean the marjoram, dry it, pick the leaves and chop roughly.
- Grate the anchovy with a little salt in a mortar until it becomes a soft paste. Pour into the tomato sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix in marjoram.
- Drain the pasta in a sieve and dry well. Mix with tomatoes and serve immediately.
