  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 junipers
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper



How to Make Roast Lamb Recipe with Potatoes:

  1. Begin preparing the lamb in the oven with potatoes by marinating the meat in a bowl with white wine, 1 tablespoon oil, crushed garlic and juniper, bay leaf, rosemary, and thyme. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After this time, drain the lamb from the marinade, transfer it to a greased baking sheet along with the peeled and chopped potatoes. Salt, pepper, season with oil, add aromatic herbs from the marinade, and sliced ​​scallions. Stir well and cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes, according to the size of the cutlet.
